2022年第2期MESA GEP认证顺利举行,听听学员们的心声吧!

From Nov. 17th. to 19th., 2022, in accordance with the established plan published by MESA international, CIway consultants successfully held the MESA GEP MES/MOM Methodology Certificate of Awareness CoA as scheduled. The full 3-days activity was taught  by Julian Zhu, the MAI of MESA international, who taught the trainees the professional methodology, system development and application practice knowledge recognized by the world-renowned system manufacturers and manufacturers gathered by MESA international.

2022年11月17日~19日,按照MESA国际发布的既定计划,思艾维顾问如期顺利举办了本年度第2期MESA GEP项目之MES/MOM方法论基础能力CoA认证活动。完整的3天活动由MESA国际授权导师Julian Zhu朱老师亲自进行课堂教学与辅导,将MESA国际汇集的全球知名系统商、制造商公认的专业方法论、系统开发与应用实践知识传授给认证学员。




Although the 3-days teaching guidance ended smoothly, the trainees still need to continue to review all the teaching contents in the next 8 weeks and complete the out-course test of MESA GEP. Only pass the test can they obtain the "MES/MOM Methodology Certificate of Awareness" issued by MESA international. We wish all the trainees can successfully pass the test and obtain certification through their continuous efforts.

3天的教学辅导虽然顺利结束,学员们仍然需要在随后的8周内继续复习全部的教学内容,完成MESA GEP认证的课后测试,测试合格方可获得由MESA国际颁发的“MES/MOM方法论基础能力CoA证书”。预祝学员们都能通过继续的努力顺利通过测试,获得认证。

MESA CoA课程系统地介绍了MOM/MES的相关知识以及推行和应用相关方法论,有助于学习者结合自身的工作背景建立起MOM/MES相关的知识体系。
WHY:MOM/MES出现的Trigger,尤其在21世纪供应链对制造提出了更高的要求。因此建立适合不同行业和不同制造模式的数字化制造运营管理解决方案迫在眉睫。
WHAT:详细制造2.0及其相关架构,从流程,人才及组织架构,信息,精益理念和技术等方面详细阐述了制造2.0的蓝图。并与各类制造相关的标准体系有机结合。
HOW:从MOM/MES Life Cycle和从需求到交付两个维度详细介绍相关项目落地的方法论。
建议:后续能加快课件的更新,使其能体现MESA最新的研究成果。
Mr.Zhang from Boschrexroth:
The MESA CoA course systematically introduces the relevant knowledge of MOM/MES, as well as the implementation and application of relevant methodologies, which helps learners establish a knowledge system related to MOM/MES based on their own work background.
WHY:Triggers appearing in MOM/MES, especially in the 21st century, put forward higher requirements for manufacturing. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a digital manufacturing operation management solution suitable for different industries and manufacturing modes.
WHAT:Detailed Manufacturing 2.0 and its related architecture, elaborated the blueprint of Manufacturing 2.0 in terms of process, talent and organizational structure, information, lean concept and technology. It is organically integrated with various manufacturing related standard systems.
HOW:The methodology of relevant project implementation is introduced in detail from the MOM/MES life cycle and from requirements to delivery.
Suggestion: The courseware can be updated to reflect the latest research results of MESA.

The MESA GEP 3 days training discussed the whole set of frameworks and methodologies of the international mainstream research institution MESA on MES/MOM system's position in the global supply chain, architecture, manufacturing operation standards, transformation strategy, system design, measurement framework, ROI, product evaluation and project management, which helped to improve the system and framework thinking in MES related work.

通过三天的MESA GEP学习,系统性的了解ISA-95 标准与MESA,了解了MES/MOM在设计时应遵循的方法论与模型。在MES/MOM的产品化的过程中,应该将业务抽象为模型(封装为套件),按照ISA-95内的模型进行功能设计可以更好的适应现场业务流程的变更。在抽象化模型中,开发可按照ISA-95中的标准进行直接使用(弊端:必须整套产品应用),更好的规范了产品的开发代码。
而在项目落地上,MESA又将项目风险进行分类,指导在为制造型的客户(甲方)提供智能工厂建设服务中该如何避开此类风险。
本次学习虽然只是浅显的了解了MES/MOM产品化的方法论与模型,但已很坚信MES/MOM产品化必须要按照ISA-95的标准来做才有可能成功。
Ms. Geng from JSJD:
Through 3 days MESA GEP study, I systematically understood ISA-95 standards and MESA, and understood the methodology and model that MES/MOM which should follow in design. In the process of MES/MOM productization, the business should be abstracted into a model (packaged as a suite). Functional design based on the model in ISA95 can better adapt to changes in field business processes. In the abstract model, the development can be directly used according to the standards in ISA95 (disadvantage: it must be applied to the whole product), which better standardizes the product development code.
On the project implementation, MESA also classifies the project risks to guide how to avoid such risks in providing manufacturing customers with intelligent factory construction services.
Although this study only has a superficial understanding of the methodology and model of MES/MOM productization, it is firmly believed that MES/MOM productization must be done in accordance with ISA-95 standards to be successful.

In this training, there is a special Q&A link in each course. The students put forward many questions based on what the teachers said in the class and the difficulties and puzzles in the implementation and application process in their own customer enterprises. The teachers also made wonderful sharing and discussion on the questions of the students. The three-day training ended successfully in a warm learning atmosphere. The successful holding of this training not only provides a learning and communication platform for us to further understand the connotation of MES and MOM, master the MES/MOM implementation strategies and methods, but also makes the existing MES/MOM standardization path more specific.

三天的培训,收获满满,边学边交流的状态,让我对MES/MOM有了不一样的认知。培训前相信业界对MES/MOM都有自己的了解,但有一个尴尬的事实是,如果你问大家什么是MES/MOM,得到的回答却总是不尽相同。
如果用一句话总结的话,我理解MES/MOM不是一个简单的执行系统,也不满足于C-MES的“协同”、“互联”的概念,其实已经从Production Operation延伸到了Business Operation,甚至囊括了Strategic Initiative,也就是说,MES/MOM是企业实现战略落地的举措和方法。通过MES/MOM的不断迭代将企业的管理做精做细,标准化我们的process和segment,做到五个正确:在正确的时间、正确的地点,以正确的质量、制造出正确的产品,进而为企业实现正确的利润率。
老师课堂上一直强调MESA体系关注:专注于完美订单和NPI的一流产品,这里的订单包含了三类订单:销售订单、生产订单和采购订单,也就是将“供、产、销”三方的宏观supply chain实现了协同和互联,真正做到产业大运营。而NPI则关注在企业的项目落地上,也就是企业战略是通过项目组合、项目集和一个一个的项目实现落地,进而将项目转交运营Operation,实现收益。
在MES/MOM和ERP的衔接上,MESA体系也给了我们答案,ERP focus在企业的经营收益和财务指标,而MES/MOM则focus在制造/产品的operation实现上,也就是将战略和收益的落地,实现Production Maintenance Quality 和 Inventory的四大运营,在这个过程中需要不断的重塑我们的IT基础

After 3 days of training, I gained a lot. Learned with communicating, which made me have a different understanding of MES/MOM.Before the training, I believe that the industry has its own understanding of MES/MOM, but there is an embarrassing fact that if you ask everyone what MES/MOM is, the answers are always different.
In a word, I understand that MES/MOM is not a simple execution system, nor is it satisfied with the concept of "collaboration" and "interconnection" of C-MES. In fact, it has extended from Production Operation to Business Operation, and even includes Strategic Initiative, that is, MES/MOM is an enterprise's measure and method to achieve strategic implementation. Through the continuous iteration of MES/MOM, the enterprise's management is refined, our processes and segments are standardized, and the five correctness are achieved: at the right time, at the right place, and with the right quality, the right products are manufactured, so as to achieve the right profit margin for the enterprise.
The teacher has always emphasized the attention of the MESA system in class: focusing on perfect orders and NPI's first-class products. The orders here include three types of orders: sales orders, production orders and purchase orders. That is, the macro supply chains of "supply, production and sales" are coordinated and interconnected to truly achieve industrial operation. NPI focuses on the project implementation of the enterprise, that is, the enterprise strategy is to achieve the implementation through the project portfolio, project set and project by project, and then transfer the project to the operation to realize the benefits.
In the connection of MES/MOM and ERP, the MESA system also gives us the answer. ERP focuses on the operating income and financial indicators of the enterprise, while MES/MOM focuses on the implementation of manufacturing/product operation, that is, the implementation of strategy and income, and the realization of the four operations of Production Maintenance Quality and Inventory. In this process, we need to constantly reshape our IT foundation

As factory software service providers, MES/MOM methodology is very suitable for product managers and system architects of intelligent factory software service providers to learn, and can systematically master the MES/MOM development process, design specifications and relevant technical standards. Although it is not very consistent with the current national conditions, it is believed that with the continuous development of industrial software, the development process, design specifications and related technologies of MES/MOM will become more and more standardized.
