2023年4月27日~29日，按照MESA国际发布的既定计划，思艾维顾问如期在苏州园区茶香墨韵的“坐忘书房”成功顺利举办了本年度第1期MESA GEP项目之MES/MOM方法论基础能力CoA认证活动。完整的3天活动由MESA国际授权导师Julian Zhu朱学峰老师亲自进行课堂教学与辅导，将MESA国际汇集的全球知名系统商、制造商公认的专业方法论、系统开发与应用实践知识传授给认证学员。本期参加学习的有来自中国电子、FANUC北京、上海依柯力、威马汽车、广东志达等国内外知名的系统服务商、制造型企业中国区域工作的专业学员。From April 27th to 29th, 2023, in accordance with the established plan released by MESA International, CIWAY Consulting successfully held the MES/MOM Methodology CoA Certificates activity for the first MESA GEP project of this year at the "Sitting-Forgetting Book House" in Suzhou Industrial Park. The 3-days event was taught and tutored by Julian Zhu, the MAI of MESA International, to pass on the recognized professional methodology, system development, and application practical knowledge of globally renowned system vendors and manufacturers gathered by MESA International. The participants in this study are professional trainees from well-known system service providers and manufacturing enterprises in China, such as China Electronics, FANUC Beijing, Shanghai e-Quality, WM Motors, and Guangdong Zhida.
正如坐忘书房里的这幅对联：天下大事必作于细，天下难事必作于易。MESA国际自1992年成立以来，积聚了来自全球45个国家的制造公司、信息技术硬件和软件供应商、系统集成商、咨询服务商、分析师、编辑、学者和学生，专注于MES/MOM系统研究，在知易行难的领域精耕细作，在上世纪90年代最早提出MES功能组件和集成模型，后续也推出了《MESA MOM能力成熟度模型》白皮书，2022年发布了最新的智能制造框架模型。MESA国际作为一个全球性的非营利性社区，推出全球教育计划（GEP），为制造商、生产商和解决方案提供商提供MES/MOM的相关培训与能力认证。
Just like the couplet in the "Sitting-Forgetting Book House" : Great things in the world must be done in detail, and difficult things in the world must be done in easy. Since its establishment in 1992, MESA International has gathered manufacturing companies, information technology hardware and software suppliers, system integrators, consulting service providers, analysts, editors, scholars and students from 45 countries around the world. They focuses on MES/MOM system research and works hard in the field of easy-knowing and difficult-implementing. It was the first to propose MES functional components and integration models in the 1990s, and subsequently launched the white paper MESA MOM Capability Maturity Model, and the new Smart Manufacturing Framework Model was released in 2022. MESA International, as a global non-profit community, launched the Global Education Program (GEP) to provide MES/MOM related training and competency certificates for manufacturers, producers, and solution providers.

“坐”，素不相识的10个人，五湖四海，来到坐落在苏州斜塘老街，茶香墨韵的书房。
“忘”，三忘一不忘：第一忘，忘记我们所在的公司，忘记各自的职位；第二忘，忘记大家相互之间可能是竞争对手；第三忘，忘记我们脑海里关于MOM/MES曾经的认知体系。一不忘，不忘初心，不忘要深度了解和探索MOM/MES体系之初心。
“书”，MOM/MES之书包罗万象。师者，所以传道授业解惑也。感谢朱学峰老师诲人不倦的探索和开放共享精神，带着我们系统性的打开认知，进入MOM/MES的浩瀚海洋。
“房”，万丈高楼平地起，要想实现MOM/MES产品和服务能力的真正成熟和落地价值应用，相信MOM/MES的大厦能在大家的深度探索和不断实践下，收获更多的实践价值。

Looking back on the three-day trip to Suzhou, I couldn't find a suitable word in my mind, so I took it out of context and borrowed the four words' Sitting-Forgetting Book House '. A little thoughts and blessings for everyone.
Sitting, 10 strangers from all over the world came to the study located on Xietang Old Street in Suzhou, with a fragrant tea and ink charm.
Forgetting, forget three things and never forget one thing: First, forget the company we are in, forget our respective positions; Secondly, forget that everyone may be competitors with each other; Thirdly, forget about the cognitive system of MOM/MES in our minds. Never forget, never forget the original intention, and never forget to deeply understand and explore the original intention of the MOM/MES system.
Book, MOM/MES's book includes everything. Teacher, therefore preaching and imparting knowledge to dispel doubts. Thank you to Teacher Julian Zhu for his tireless exploration and open sharing spirit, which has led us to systematically open our understanding and enter the vast ocean of MOM/MES.
House, is a towering building that rises from the ground. To achieve the true maturity and practical value application of MOM/MES products and services, we believe that MOM/MES buildings can gain more practical value through deep exploration and continuous practice by everyone.

通过三天紧张、系统的集中培训，在老师的悉心指导下理解和掌握了MESA相关的知识，受益匪浅。在面对国内MES/MOM相关概念满天飞的背景下，通过追根溯源，科学系统的了解清楚MESA对于相关标准和定义是具有深远意义的，这对于我们未来从事制造业数字化建设工作，无论是甲方还是乙方，都能够借助方法论工具去辨别真伪，真正落地价值场景，达成目标。
另外，通过本次培训学习，更进一步感受到MESA协会作为非盈利组织对于行业数字化的无私贡献，特别是朱老师作为MESA国际知识委员会与智能制造工作组中仅有的中国专家，为国内MES/MOM相关标准化工作的推广和付出更是值得敬佩。非常期待有机会可以配合朱老师共同参与到更多类似有意义、有价值的工作，提升自身的同时，也为中国制造业数字化建设工作贡献一份力量。

Through three days of intense and systematic centralized training, I have gained a great understanding and mastery of MESA related knowledge under the careful guidance of the teacher, and have benefited greatly. Against the backdrop of the proliferation of MES/MOM related concepts in China, it is of profound significance to have a scientific and systematic understanding of the relevant standards and definitions of MESA through tracing its origins. This will enable us, whether Party A or Party B, to use methodological tools to distinguish authenticity, truly implement value scenarios, and achieve goals in our future digital construction work in the manufacturing industry.
In addition, through this training and learning, I further feel the selfless contribution of the MESA Association as a non-profit organization to industry digitization. Especially, as the only Chinese expert in the MESA International Knowledge Committee and Intelligent Manufacturing Working Group, Julian Zhu's contribution to the promotion and dedication of MES/MOM related standardization work in China is worthy of admiration. I look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with Teacher Zhu to participate in more meaningful and valuable work, improve myself, and contribute to the digital construction of China's manufacturing industry.

作为公司工业数字化事业部负责人，带领团队以公司MES产品为核心为工业企业提供数字化转型解决方案的5年当中，服务了各种类型的工业企业，不同行业、不同规模、不同信息化现状、不同的管理水平及理念。从开始以客户需求为导向做项目，到抽象出自主化的产品，虽然从众多案例实践当中总结出业务模型，迭代产品。但是，不同的需求仍然层出不穷，如何从更高的维度架构产品完善解决方案，一直是一个巨大的挑战。
为了寻求更好的完善产品和解决方案，参加了MESA GEP培训。通过老师系统的讲解标准内容，用实际案例深化对标准的解析，对行业内产品及应用的情况的梳理，使我从只是平时经常说标准的名字到对标准的框架有了深入理解，为后续独立深入解读标准，并应用到产品迭代和给客户解决方案当中，有了一种醍醐灌顶的效果。非常庆幸参加了这次培训，也希望能够参加到相关组织当中，在推广MESA理念及标准上做一些力所能及的贡献。

As the head of the company's industrial digital business department, he led the team to provide industrial enterprises with Digital transformation solutions with the company's MES products as the core, and served various types of industrial enterprises, different industries, different scales, different informatization status, different management levels and concepts in the past five years. From starting with customer-oriented projects to abstracting and localizing products, although summarizing business models from numerous case studies and iterating products. However, different requirements still emerge one after another, and how to construct products from a higher dimension to improve solutions has always been a huge challenge.
In order to seek better products and solutions, I participated in the MESA GEP training. Through the teacher's systematic explanation of standard content, practical cases to deepen the analysis of standards, and the sorting out of products and applications in the industry, I have gained a deep understanding of the standard framework from just mentioning the name of the standard in my daily life. This has provided me with an insight into the independent interpretation of standards and their application in product iterations and customer solutions. I am very fortunate to have participated in this training and hope to participate in relevant organizations to make some contributions to the promotion of MESA concepts and standards to the best of my ability.
